TOURNAMENT DETAILS

• Application Deadline: 11/14/2026 (early bird 'discounted rate' until 11/1/2026)
• Acceptance notices by: 11/14/2026
• Late registration fee $75 (on or after 11/2/2025)
• Withdrawal penalty: $250 on or after 11/15/2025 or full registration after acceptance
• Automatic notifications will be sent to the address(es) of record in GotSport for applications, acceptance, withdrawal or waiting list status.
• COACHES with MULTIPLE TEAMS are guaranteed (yes, guaranteed) conflict-free round robin schedules SO LONG AS THEY are properly indicated as the head/primary coach for each team they are coaching in this event.  Primary coach assignements will be locked when scheduling begins.
